Abide is grounded in a simple but essential focus: remain in Christ. We cultivate a Christ-centered environment where women are encouraged to grow spiritually, find support and be equipped to share the gospel faithfully.
Our theme for 2026: Choosing Faithful Nearness to Christ
In a distracted and lukewarm age, we want to be a people who are rooted and resolved: choosing nearness over comfort, unwavering obedience and a faithful commitment to remain in Christ and follow him together. We will be journeying through the book of James together, which calls us to a faith that stays close to God, not only in what we believe, but in how we live.
Each month seeks to answer: what does a resolved life with Christ look like here?

Steadfast Faith in Trial

Focus: Perseverance, maturity, and trust when faith is tested.
Question: Will I remain in Christ even when life is hard?
April 5th
Asking and Receiving Wisdom
Scripture: James 1:5-8
Focus: Prayerful dependence and single-minded trust.
Question: Where do I turn for wisdom?
May 3rd
The Implanted Word
Scripture: James 1:19-27
Focus: Hearing and doing the word, wholehearted obedience
Question: What voice is shaping my life?
