I’m Makenzi—a speaker and Bible teacher from Seattle, WA, now rooted in New York. Through prayer, preaching, and listening, I seek to guide others into joyful and radical obedience to Christ in the midst of ordinary life.

In 2020, I founded Abide, a weekly devotional to encourage women to deepen their relationship with Jesus. Since then, I’ve led Bible studies, retreats, and discipleship spaces in both church and para-church settings. Currently, I serve at the Resound Project, supporting women’s ministry, while finishing my Master’s at Reformed Theological Seminary. Next year, I plan to pursue a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Theology.
